Research interests
Calibration of machine learning-based weather prediction (MLWP) models, together with the analysis and quantification of different types of uncertainty. Working toward a model-agnostic, statistically guaranteed framework for conditional coverage of state-of-the-art MLWP models' predictions, including uncertainty quantification for extreme weather events with valid and reliable coverage.
